We are seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment and Packaging Associate to carry out packing and shipping, product packaging, and inventory management-related activities. Responsibilities, at a minimum, will include packing and shipping retail and wholesale orders, packaging products, managing inventory, and carrying out a variety of other associated tasks. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm . Punctuality and reliability are an absolute necessity. This role must be performed at a high level on a daily basis and is critical to operations.

Responsibilities:

Packing and shipping retail and wholesale orders. Ensuring the correct products are shipped to the correct customers. Packaging and stocking products. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Maintaining a working knowledge of our products, policies, and best practices.

Ideal candidate must possess:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills Must be highly organized and detail-oriented The ability to embrace and continually adapt to change A positive attitude even when unexpected challenges arise A willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for achieving personal and team results Availability to work on and around major holidays, particularly Thanksgiving (Black Friday / Cyber Monday) and the week prior to Christmas.
