In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their products in a timely manner. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as Order Picker, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained. Label and organize products for easy identification and retrieval. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or equipment to management promptly. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing. Products are kept in high areas must not be afraid of heights. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required). Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for counting inventory and measuring product dimensions. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
