Packer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and flexible individual responsible for assembling kits for shipment. This role involves picking, packing, and shipping items. You will be tasked with building boxes, packaging materials, and verifying shipments. We need someone willing to help in various areas as required. Responsibilities Assemble kits for shipment Pick, pack, and ship items Build boxes and package materials Verify shipments Stand and work for 12 hours, including weekends Lift up to 30 pounds Work efficiently under pressure Essential Skills Packing and sorting General labor Shipping and receiving Inventory management Order picking and material handling Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic math skills Basic computer skills Attention to detail Analytic skills Documentation skills Hand/eye coordination Reporting skills Why Work Here? The environment is temperature-controlled, and no certifications or personal protective equipment are required. The typical shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm, with availability needed until 6pm during peak times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
