The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently wrapping products for storage and shipment, ensuring that all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. This role requires a strong focus on safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines while operating various warehouse equipment. Duties Operate RF scanners to track inventory and manage product movement within the warehouse. Utilize heavy equipment such as cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and cranes for materials handling. Wrap and package products according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety. Build pallets and organize products for efficient storage and shipping. Perform heavy lifting as required, handling materials of varying weights. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet production goals. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with RF scanners and materials handling equipment is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including cherry pickers and clamp trucks. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations. Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality in packaging processes. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
