Order Picker and Packer Elite Group Bristol, TN 37620 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety while adhering to company standards. Responsibilities Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications. Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging. Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory management by keeping track of packaged goods. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
