Bread Packaging & Order Specialist 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 382 Pine Street, Burlington, VT 05401 Great Harvest Bakery & Café is looking for an individual to join our wholesale team who is mature, happy, honest, friendly, hard-working, organized, detail-oriented, tidy, and a lot of fun! We have an opening for a Bread Packaging & Order Specialist! In this role you will support our wonderful wholesale customers (such as Healthy Living, City Market, Jake’s ONE Market, Shelburne Supermarket, etc.) by: labeling bread bags with a high degree of precision and efficiency safely operating a commercial bread slicing machine to slice hundreds of loaves of bread once they have cooled accurately organizing your packaged bread on racks to match customer orders maintaining inventory of packaging supplies to ensure we always have enough other duties as assigned This position also requires you to be at least 18 years of age, have excellent time management skills, be able to work both independently and on a small team in an efficient manor, have a high degree of attention to detail, stand for most of the duration of your shift (except during labeling and your break), and be able to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs. Shifts for which you must be available are on: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from approximately 10AM – 6PM. Our packaging and order specialists have a set schedule recurring week-to-week, one we will establish one with you that meets our collective needs. For candidates with a clean driving record, there could be an opportunity to pick up additional hours by delivering orders to some of our local customers.
