Exempt SUMMARY Edge Autonomy is an international Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) / Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) aerospace manufacturing company and is seeking an experienced and compliance-minded Purchasing Manager to join our Huntsville Operations. This position will procure the material and services required for this site, while also managing the compliance aspect of the broader US-based Supply Chain organization. As the Huntsville Site Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for executing purchase requests through a standard sourcing process to ensure an efficient production plan can be met. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Company’s Procurement Compliance program developed to meet the requirements of an Approved Purchasing System, as identified by FAR and

DFARS. R ESPONSIBILITIES

The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties. Purchase materials and supplies to support company objectives through the identification and evaluation of potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed. As needed, negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and resolve quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly. Develop and/or maintain aspects of a Procurement Compliance program to ensure operations are compliant with the system criteria in

DFARS 252.244-7001.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of procurement processes to identify and mitigate compliance risk and to help identify the training needs of the Supply Chain Organization related to Compliance. Stay updated on Government Regulations and Compliance trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement performing this role’s basic job functions and responsibilities, with at least 2 years in a DoD acquisition environment. Proven experience with DoD Acquisition and Procurement Compliance, with exposure to UAS/UAV products. Demonstrated experience with DCMA and DoD supply chain regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in implementing supply chain digitalization initiatives, such as advanced analytics, automation, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Ability to continually learn and grow, enhancing your knowledge of your area and current trends both in the industry and as a leader.
