We are seeking a CMOP Coordinator to join the CxO team. The CMOP Coordinator is to be the point of contact between the CMOPfacilities, McKesson, and their assigned Account Executive. Key Responsibilities Work Daily Omit Reports A daily file is sent to all the coordinators highlighting whichitems had the highest omits. The coordinator is required to takethe related NDCs and verify if McKesson has their usage byutilizing Smartsheet and reaching out to the buyer team. Work Smartsheet Usage/Order Requests The main procedure Coordinators follow is the CMOP Usage/OrderSmartsheet requests. CMOP submits a Smartsheet request for a usageincrease, order requests, or OTBs. A notification goes directly tothe coordinator for that CMOP. The coordinator will manage eachrequest from start to finish by submitting the usage updates in CRMand work with Vendors on drop ship or dock to dock orders. Oncecomplete, the coordinator will update the Smartsheet with theappropriate information for CMOP to view. Report escalations or high-level issues to the CMOPs assignedAccount Executive prior to facility visits. Manage all lot and expiration date corrections. The coordinator must process a correction for CMOP within 2hours. Manage EPS orders upon request. CMOP will submit a request via Smartsheet, and the closest DCwill process the request once approved by National Accounts. Process shortages. Process overages. Correct mis-picks. Process returns. Stock Checks. Inventory adjustments/backorder questions. Contract pricing issues/follow up. Log contract pricing issues for research by contracts. McKesson Connect Load Forms (add or delete users/changeaccess) Respond to CSMP questions or issues Assist with writing SOPs/Knowledge Articles Share best practices with internal partners to ensure accuracyand integrity. To be a change agent driving cultural change focused on thesuccess of our business and its customers. Third Party Credit Reconciliation process Monthly service level – omits HHS emergency ordering Maintain customer support for BOP Training for all New Technology Integrate new reporting standards Connect access for CMOP users in Smartsheet Submit technical tickets for CMOP related issues Minimum Requirement Typically requires 5+ years of related experience. Education Bachelor’s Degree or a related field is desired, or equivalent workexperience in a related field. Location Candidate must live within 50 miles of the Montgomery, NYDistribution Center.
