Purchasing Manager for our Decatur client DIRECT HIREAre you detail-oriented, skilled at analyzing data, negotiating and experienced in purchasing and vendor management?
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze customer drawings to extract relevant dataPrepare and submit competitive quotes based on RFQs and specificationsSource and negotiate supplier pricing for raw materials, components, and servicesIssue purchase orders to approved vendors while maintaining complianceBuild and manage vendor relationships, ensuring on-time deliveriesGenerate vendor management reports and maintain procurement documentationUtilize JobBOSS and AS9100D software (preferred but not required)Collaborate with accounting for accurate processing of invoices and purchase ordersCompetitive PayMonday-Friday Scheduleamanda.merritt@apstemps.comor call 256-309-7114
