$54.6K – $70.2K a year 6 hours ago Qualifications 5 years Purchasing Manufacturing Senior level Full Job Description Aqua Air LLC / Frigibar LLC, a growing Marine HVAC and Refrigeration Manufacturer, is searching for a highly qualified applicant who will be in charge of the sourcing, purchasing, and management of all materials, components, and services needed for our manufacturing company. Areas of responsibility will be to negotiate contracts, develop procurement strategies, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies: This includes sourcing new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing purchasing processes.

Manage supplier relationships:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms.

Negotiate contracts and pricing:

Working with suppliers to secure favorable prices and terms for materials and services. Oversee purchase order creation and management: Ensuring that purchase orders are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock: Working with internal teams to ensure that materials are available when needed while minimizing excess inventory.

Ensure quality control:

Inspecting incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Communicate with internal teams:

Collaborating with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure that purchasing needs are met.

A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF MANUFACTURING PURCHASING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
