About the Role As Strategic Sourcing Manager, you’ll lead procurement strategy for high-performance marine and power generation systems. You’ll design sourcing frameworks, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across complex supply chains. This role demands a sharp analytical mind, a bias for action, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight. You’ll be the architect of scalable systems that support long-term growth and operational success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marine engine components, power generation equipment, and MRO services Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and reliability Monitor supplier performance and mitigate procurement-related risks Ensure compliance with industry regulations and international trade laws Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing with operational goals Lead and develop a team of three (Purchasing Lead and 2 Buyers) Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives across the supply chain Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in marine, power generation, or industrial MRO Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor/Syteline), Power BI, and MS Dynamics Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Supply Chain certifications (CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent) Experience with global suppliers and international trade regulations Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems

Salary:
