Strategic Sourcing Manager – Supply Chain & Vendor Management Our client seeks a decisive, systems-driven sourcing leader to join their team. The ideal candidate brings structure to complexity, leverages data to drive decisions, and leads with clarity and purpose. This role is on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and the surrounding area. Strategic Sourcing Manager Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for industry-specific engines, power systems, and industrial services. Lead supplier negotiations to optimize cost, quality, and reliability. Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory/trade requirements. Manage and mentor a small procurement team while advancing continuous improvement initiatives. Strategic Sourcing Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field. 5 years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in an industrial sector. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract execution skills. ERP system proficiency with fluency in Power BI and MS Dynamics. Analytical mindset with proven ability to lead initiatives independently.

Compensation:
