We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations for construction projects. This role oversees sourcing, vendor negotiation, inventory control, and cost management to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in construction purchasing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and working knowledge of supply chain management and Sage 300 CRE.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Construction Management 5+ years of procurement experience in the construction industry Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory control Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage 300 CRE Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Familiarity with construction materials and industry standards CPSM or related certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
