Procurement Manager Atreus Solutions Tampa, FL 33609 • Hybrid work We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations. This role is critical in managing the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of products, supplies, and operational equipment. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge, strong vendor management capabilities, and a passion for optimizing supply chain processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement strategies that support company goals for service excellence, cost control, and vendor accountability. Source and manage suppliers for products, equipment, PPE, and services across multiple operating companies. Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure optimal value and quality. Maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and continuously assess performance against SLAs and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to forecast demand and align purchasing activities with field needs. Monitor supply chain trends and proactively mitigate risks related to product availability, inflation, and vendor performance. Ensure procurement practices align with OSHA standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Utilize ERP systems to manage purchase orders, vendor records, and inventory data with accuracy and integrity. Drive cost savings initiatives while upholding product quality, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Develop and refine SOPs for procurement workflows, vendor onboarding, and compliance tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms, manage supplier performance, and reduce procurement costs. Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with procurement compliance, product safety data sheets (SDS), and regulatory purchasing standards.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with environmentally responsible and sustainable sourcing practices. Prior experience supporting multi-location operations

$115,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
