Construction Purchasing Manager Dueall Construction 303 9th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205 Dueall is seeking a highly organized and relationship-focused Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement strategy and subcontractor coordination. This role plays a vital part in ensuring we secure the right materials and labor at the right price—on time, and to the high standards that define our restoration work. At Dueall, we specialize in comprehensive exterior remediation and restoration. Our work spans stucco repair, cladding remediation, waterproofing, painting and finishing, and construction defect correction. Whether it’s a large-scale HOA renovation or a commercial building restoration, we blend technical expertise with creative problem-solving to restore beauty, integrity, and performance to every project we touch. Here’s the work you get to do:
Procurement Leadership:
Oversee the purchasing of materials and equipment across multiple residential and commercial job sites, ensuring timely delivery, competitive pricing, and quality alignment.
Subcontractor Coordination:
Work closely with subcontractors to confirm pricing, scope alignment, and scheduling—ensuring they’re engaged as part of both the estimating and execution phases.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with material vendors and trade partners to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and quality control.
Cost & Contract Management:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and scopes for materials and subcontractor labor. Maintain accurate purchase orders, contract files, and material budgets.
Process Development & Problem Solving:
Standardize purchasing and subcontractor onboarding processes. Address delivery issues, material shortages, or trade conflicts quickly and collaboratively. • Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role: 5+ years of experience in construction purchasing, procurement, or subcontractormanagement Strong knowledge of building materials and construction trades (e.g., stucco, paint, framing, drywall, waterproofing) Proven ability to build strong vendor and subcontractor relationships Familiarity with pricing strategies, scopes of work, and bid preparation Skilled in negotiation and cost analysis for both materials and labor Experience working with project management or procurement systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory tracking tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
