About the Role We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead internal sourcing, FF&E procurement, and vendor management across our hospitality and multifamily development projects. This role is responsible for overseeing budgets, lead times, and installation schedules, managing negotiation and vendor selection. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in FF&E procurement, strong local vendor relationships in South Florida, and a passion for building efficient systems and scalable processes that support high-quality, design-driven execution.

Responsibilities Procurement Management:

Oversee sourcing and procurement of FF&E, finishes, and materials for interior fit-outs and development projects. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors, fabricators, and manufacturers to optimize cost, quality, and timelines. Build and maintain a robust network of local and national vendors, with a preference for South Florida-based partners. Build and implement internal procurement systems, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

Custom Furniture Oversight:

Manage the full lifecycle of custom furniture—from design development through prototyping, fabrication, delivery, and installation. Work closely with the design team to translate concepts into detailed specifications and production-ready documents. Ideal Background 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management, preferably within the hospitality, multifamily, or design industries. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and value engineering while maintaining design integrity. Experience managing custom furniture production and FF&E logistics from design through install. Familiarity with construction timelines and the coordination of procurement within architectural and interior design workflows. Proficient in procurement and project management platforms Exceptional organizational and communication skills; capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
