RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize strategic sourcing methodologies to develop categorystrategies, source, negotiate contracts, and manage suppliers todeliver total cost of ownership (TCO), ensure speed to market,value creation, and risk mitigation. Leverage expertise in marketing materials or merchandising tomanage financial risks, ensure quality and service, and drivesustainability objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to createsynergies that drive value. Work proactively with suppliers to ensure continuousimprovement and technological advancements for competitiveadvantage. Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional partnersacross Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Packaging, and Salesteams. Partner with North American Customer Marketing, GlobalMarketing Procurement, and others to identify cost reductionopportunities. Lead cross-functional teams through sourcing and projectmanagement processes to support supply management andoperations. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders toidentify new cost-saving opportunities and execute sourcingstrategies focused on measurable goals and continuousimprovement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or relatedfield. 5-7 years of procurement experience focusing on marketingservices, POSM materials, packaging, or merchandising. Experience in contract negotiation and executing MasterServices Agreements. Proven results in cost savings, cash flow, and serviceimprovements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience withtransportation or business analytics software preferred. Certifications like CPSM and Food & Beverage experiencepreferred. Experience with eSourcing tools and SAP. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships andwork effectively with teams.
