Job Summary Job Description:

Drive excellence behind the scenes! As Purchasing Manager at UCF, you will oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory for all food and beverage operations. You’ll ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing while maintaining Levy’s high standards of quality, compliance, and service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 3-5 years of purchasing experience in foodservice or hospitality Strong understanding of procurement systems and cost control strategies Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel Ability to lead and coordinate across departments and vendors

Key Responsibilities:
