Your responsibilities include leading andparticipating in the development and implementation of key initiatives aimed atenhancing performance, capabilities, and collaboration across various businessareas. Lead, mentor, and collaborate with global teams to improve governancedocumentation understanding.

• + Develop and lead innovativestrategic programs and projects aimed at enhancing current governancedocumentation and improving performance, capabilities, and collaborationacross business areas to boost the overall effectiveness of StrategicProcurement.

+ Use problem-solving methodologiesto diagnose issues and opportunities, proactively identify and mitigaterisks, and initiate actions to meet specific or systemic business needs. + Leading these initiativesinvolves planning, tracking, and reporting project achievements, as wellas managing budget and resource needs. + Develop systematic methodologies,new approaches, and standard process guides based on experience gainedfrom conducting Functional Excellence and Digitalization activities. Thesewill be shared with internal and external business entities to improve theoverall Supplier Quality competency across Siemens Energy’s supply base.

• What You Bring
• + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentexperience in Procurement, Business, or Engineering and with 3+ years ofexperience within the field.

You are a proactive self-starter with stronginitiative, determination, and self-reliance. Your profile is highlightedby your awareness of organizational behavior, strategic and analyticalthinking, leadership skills, and intercultural expertise. + You take ownership, areinquisitive and comfortable challenging the status quo by asking questionsin a professional environment where you may not always be the expert. + You hold a bachelor’s degree orequivalent experience in industrial engineering, business administration,or a similar field. An equivalent combination of education, training, andexperience in quality, procurement, or supply chain will also be considered. + You have proven professionalexperience in supplier quality management, strategic procurement, qualitymanagement, manufacturing, or a related technical area. + You have demonstrated experienceas a change agent, leading and/or facilitating projects and task forces,ensuring the continuous progression of projects, promptly resolving anyobstacles that arise, and managing virtual multi-functional teams in aninternational environment! + You have experience in proceduredevelopment, project management, data analytics and effectivelycommunicating facts and results across various organizational levels. Up to 25% of travel. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
