The Strategic Sourcing Team drives immense value to ADT’s business.

This role is responsible for contributing to and managingseveral hundred million dollars in annual spend spanning acrosshundreds of suppliers of varying sourcing categories with dynamicmarket landscapes, including sourcing exciting newtechnologies. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, you are responsible forcreating and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internalstakeholders. You will build a strong understanding of businessrequirements and priorities, then work cross-functionally todevelop and execute sourcing strategies that achieve stakeholderand business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support business needs and projects across indirect categoriesincluding non-IT labor and professional and corporate services,such as HR, legal, and financial services. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders andvendors. Lead sourcing engagements by partnering with stakeholders todefine business requirements, identify potential suppliers,determine suppliers wants, conduct negotiations, and executecontracts that ensure successful delivery of high value outcomesare realized. Manage, analyze, and drive strategic sourcing and supply chainprojects and initiatives to include all aspects of strategicsourcing processes that highly impact the business, deliver thebest value, and drive process improvement for ADT. Manage sourcing bid events (RFP/RFI) and administer sourcingrelated tools and sourcing processes. Perform bid proposal analysis, comparison, and overall suppliersolutions, services, and technology evaluations. Makerecommendations for final supplier selection, influence businessowners’ sourcing decisions, and obtain business stakeholders buyin. Deliver on supplier relationship and performance managementstrategies in alignment with Vendor Management team to supportsupplier performance reviews that highlight success and failurewith supplier operational deliverables and execution. Provide consultative thought leadership on new and innovativeways of creating improved workflow, scale, and outcomes of IndirectSourcing.

Eager to learn, ability to learn new tools and technologyquickly to apply to the strategic sourcing role. Work collaboratively and proactively to drive results. Negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal andexternal groups while gaining trust quickly with all parties. Canbe direct and assertive as well as diplomatic.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement,technology, operation management, or a technical field, with atleast five years of progressive work experience in StrategicSourcing and/or Vendor Management. MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain management, procurement,technology, operation management, or a technical fieldpreferred. Advanced certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, CPSC, PMP)preferred. Deep understanding of category management, strategic sourcing,and supplier relationship management principles andapplication. Advanced financial analytical skills and experience inenhancing value through negotiations. Strategic orientation, inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity,and self-motivated to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesaligned with business objectives and strategic plans. Ability to build effective relationships, influence peers andkey stakeholders, and build consensus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with theability to tailor messages to the given audience and presentinformation in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability toextract key themes, determine root causes, develop creativesolutions, and craft concise messages. Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a flexible,fast-paced, and challenging environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Location:

This role requires you to be onsite three days a week at one ofthe ADT office locations listed.
