Russell Tobin is partnering with a global manufacturing leader to hire a Supply Chain Analyst focused on IT and Digital Category Management & Sourcing . What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic leadership across the IT & Digital category to drive performance and results. Analyze operational spend and develop sourcing strategies to reduce risk and increase value. Lead end-to-end sourcing operations-from RFQ to contract negotiation and execution . Manage key supplier relationships and performance for quality, cost, and delivery compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and improve sourcing needs and strategy. Evaluate supplier operations to ensure cost efficiency and schedule adherence. Negotiate contracts within defined spend limits and identify new sources of supply. Develop strategic commodity plans and drive execution across global teams. ?

Qualifications You Need:

Master’s degree + 5 years of experience in global supply chain/business OR Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of relevant experience. ?

Preferred Experience:

MBA or advanced degree in supply chain or business. 5+ years leading cross-functional and/or global teams. Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement experience. Ability to make independent, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and business acumen. ???? Why Apply?
