Program Manager – Contingent Labor & Travel Management Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

This role is responsible for managing andoptimizing strategic programs and sourcing efforts across ADT’sContingent Labor and Travel spend categories. The Program Managerwill help drive visibility, compliance, and value through sourcing,program governance, and supplier performance across these keycategories. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, you are responsible forcreating and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internalstakeholders and third-party service providers. You will develop adeep understanding of business requirements and leverage thatinsight to build, manage, and optimize scalable sourcing andsupplier strategies that support ADT’s growth and operationalexcellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own and manage ADT’s strategic sourcing program for ContingentLabor and Travel, including supplier governance, policy compliance,program visibility, and cost optimization. Partner with key stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition,Finance, and Business units to align contingent workforcestrategies with evolving talent needs and risk requirements. Lead Travel sourcing efforts in collaboration with internaltravel operations, Finance, and external Travel ManagementCompanies (TMCs) to optimize supplier contracts, policy compliance,and traveler satisfaction. Execute strategic sourcing activities including marketanalysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation,contracting, and award decisions to drive value in both cost andservice. Analyze vendor performance data and spend trends to identifyopportunities for consolidation, risk mitigation, and operationalimprovement across both categories. Deliver on supplier relationship and performance managementstrategies in alignment with ADT’s Strategic Vendor Management teamto drive performance KPIs, SLA adherence, and continuousimprovement. Support program communication, change management, and trainingefforts to ensure stakeholder engagement, adoption of tools andpolicies, and overall program success. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the design, governance,and evolution of key policies for contingent labor and travelprograms.

Effective communicator who tailors messaging for varyingaudiences including senior leadership. Strategic thinker who can assess evolving category trends andtranslate them into sourcing roadmaps. Highly organized with the ability to manage multipleinitiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, human resources,or a related field with at least five years of progressiveexperience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or programmanagement. MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain management, procurement,or business preferred. Advanced certification (e.g., PMP, CPM, CPSM, GTP, CCTE, CRC,CTIE) preferred. Experience managing Contingent Labor and/or Travel sourcingcategories required; experience with related systems (VMS, TMCs,GDS platforms) a plus. Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management,and contract negotiation best practices. Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with spendanalytics, supplier scorecards, and program dashboards. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and seniorleadership while managing vendor relationships with diplomacy andaccountability. Proficiency with sourcing tools and Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass,and Concur a plus. ADT is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer.
