We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to oversee our procurement processes and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain logistics, sourcing, and contract negotiation. Duties Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with company policies. Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands. Utilize systems for effective inventory management and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan purchases accordingly. Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with vendors. Monitor market trends to identify potential sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of goods while managing logistics to minimize disruptions in the supply chain. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field desired. Proven experience in purchasing or procurement management, preferably within a healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance and market conditions.
