Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Purchase Manager to lead and manage procurement activities across all of our warehouses. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality products at the most competitive prices, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to our product onboarding process. A solid understanding of the smoke shop retail industry is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all purchasing activities for multiple warehouse locations. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Continuously monitor and research market pricing to ensure we are securing the best deals. Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors and suppliers. Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring they meet company standards and market demand. Work closely with the marketing and warehouse teams for smooth rollout. Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with current and prospective vendors. Monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and delivery standards. Conduct market analysis to determine top-performing products by region and adjust purchase strategies accordingly. Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align procurement with consumer demand trends. Utilize understanding of the smoke shop retail environment to make informed purchasing decisions. Qualifications:
