Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM•5:00 PM CT We re seeking a dynamic Strategic Sourcing & Contracting Specialist to join a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on vendor management and strategic procurement in the healthcare quality space. This position offers the chance to work with critical suppliers and internal business units to shape and execute category strategies, manage key contracts, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

BachelorsResponsibilities What You ll Be Doing Develop and execute category strategies that align with business goals Serve as a relationship and vendor manager for key suppliers-resolving performance issues and ensuring optimal service delivery Lead end-to-end contract management including negotiation, redlining, and execution of MSAs, BAAs, SOWs, and amendments Oversee sourcing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution Project manage key initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple departments and stakeholders Share strategic intent and decisions with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment ️ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, Business, or a related field (Master s degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management Demonstrated experience in contract drafting and negotiation•

MSA, BAA, SOW
