Professionalexperience:
We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliverproject work streams for complex client engagements working closelywith Private Equity teams to identify, design, and implementcreative business solutions for their portfolio companies.
Directorslead the following types of workstreams: Gain a comprehensive understanding of a client’s procurementorganization and strategic sourcing capabilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet growth andfinancial objectives Lead supplier identification, approval, contract/pricingnegotiations and vendor relations Develop implementation plans to drive proposed changes inprocurement and sourcing initiatives Effectively perform analysis and/or lead teams to conductanalysis depending on project scope.
Professional skills: Strong written and oral communication skills Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Structured project management Critical thinking skills Ability to deliver time-pressured projects Client relationship building Excellent presentation skills
Qualifications:
10-15 plus years of combined consulting and/or industryoperating experience Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm orBig-4 consultancy

Deep industry expertise in direct materials MBA preferred Experience working for or with private equity sponsors andportfolio companies Demonstrated track record of leading sustainable high-impactstrategic sourcing approaches Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the timeThe salary range is$150,000–$225,000 annually, dependent on several variablesincluding but not limited to education, experience, skills, andgeography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonusprogram based on individual and firm performance.
