Position Overview:

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end procurement sourcing strategies within defined direct spend categories, particularly in mechanical and electronics domains. This role will lead commercial negotiations, manage supplier relationships, drive cost reductions, and support manufacturing and field operations. Strategic Sourcing Manager:

Lead the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies for direct categories. Focus on cost reduction, quality improvement, supplier performance, and consolidation. Analyze total spend, market trends, and pricing structures to develop data-driven strategies. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with key suppliers. Create and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with Supplier Quality Engineering. Develop category roadmaps and identify new supplier opportunities to support innovation and savings. Manage and monitor supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Required Experience/Skills for the

Strategic Sourcing Manager:

10+ years of strategic sourcing and category management experience in direct spend (mechanical focus). Strong negotiation skills with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. Deep understanding of procurement processes, cost drivers, and market dynamics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio). Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba. Ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable insights. Preferred Experience/Skills for the

Strategic Sourcing Manager:
