Warranty Specialist Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks a Warranty Specialist for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will manage warranty and guarantee claims across multiple suppliers to support operational excellence and drive supplier accountability. Hourly rate up to $34.00/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

Manage 80+ warranty and guarantee claims from initiation to resolutionFile quarterly warranty claims and ensure contractual entitlement is fully capturedAnalyze data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and root causesBuild strong relationships with suppliers, engineering, and supply chain stakeholdersLead negotiations with suppliers to recover costs and improve performanceCreate and interpret complex spreadsheets and presentations for internal and external audiencesSupport process improvements in warranty operations

Qualifications:
