As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions. Your key responsibilities In this role, you will manage and deliver complex processes and solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to grow your expertise in technology analysis and implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis. Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met. Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Key skills include:
Managing and delivering high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Providing continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Ability to lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including researching client inquiries and emerging issues, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology business requirements definition. Proven ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. To qualify for the role, you must have A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience At least 5 full life cycle implementations, with one of them using
SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with SAP’s Materials Management Module and exposure to business processes specific to Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing. Cross-functional knowledge (Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Accounts Payable) will be an added advantage.
