This role will support the creation of multiple product lines by ensuring bulk production meets our brand quality standards. This role supports the ’47 Brand product creation team while ensuring alignment with New Era Brand objectives. The Global Sourcing Manager drives cross-functional collaboration and sourcing strategy to ensure the delivery of best-in-class product aligned with the ’47 Brand vision. Responsibilities Responsible for alignment and execution of the TAC (Time & Action Calendar). Collaborates with internal customers (Product Management, Design, Production, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Social Compliance, and Quality Teams) to create and execute the product development process Strategically partners with product management, design and development teams on the development and allocation of new fabrics, trims, silhouettes, technologies and construction techniques Manage and optimize sourcing allocation across strategic vendor partners. Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of product Ensure vendor requests are strategically allocated across multiple suppliers to support vendor development, drive competitive costing, and explore alternative executions Enter all development data into the line sheet/PLM Ensure development samples are shipped and delivered on time Conduct in-depth analysis of costing and technical specifications ahead of proto reviews to offer strategic guidance aimed at improving quality, accelerating timelines, and achieving cost efficiencies Drive cost management strategies by negotiating final costs, analyzing cost drivers, and mitigating issues related to excessive pricing, lead times, or minimum order requirements during the product development stage Prepare and present detailed cost savings analyses and reports to senior management, highlighting result and the alignment with organizational goals Able to interpret and understand specs/sourcing tech packs and can effectively communicate and collaborate with design and suppliers to ensure design expectation is maximized and cost is minimized In partnership with Development ensure development samples, strike-offs and pre-SMS review comments are shared with suppliers and product is approved prior to production Ensure all raw materials are developed, approved and forecasted prior to production orders Communicate style exceptions not meeting category margin targets to the product management and leadership team prior to finalizing costing Align with the raw material and product teams for the development of new fabrics and trims ensuring success in bulk production Work closely with Quality to resolve any product quality issues occurring during development and communicate to the production team prior to production hand off Present product line evaluation of forecasted costs and margins results to senior leadership prior to finalizing program sourcing strategy Develop and maintain key reporting metrics to measure vendor performance year over year Support supplier development initiatives aimed at improving sourcing, production, quality, compliance, and other Supply Chain functions by partnering with internal stakeholders, utilizing internal project management platforms, root cause/countermeasure development, and establishing year over year goal Lead and take ownership of process excellence initiatives, driving cross-functional continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment with ’47/NE organizational goals. Identify and elevate potential issues that may potentially impact responsible purchasing practices to the appropriate supervisory level Keep all sensitive matters confidential Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven ability to analyze information, make decisions, and recommend actions to drive business results Understand the importance of this position and the role it plays and can bring improvements to the bottom line through price reductions of goods and services Demonstrates experience negotiating and achieving cost savings, margin improvements, and lead-time reductions Experience and past success working cross-functionally and building strategic working relationships

systems, quality and supplier management Computer skills: proficiency (knowledge) in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point, web-based applications Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Product Development, Merchandising, Textile Design or relevant field required; Relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in global sourcing and overseas sourcing Experience establishing credible relationships with suppliers, customers, and employees with proven results Travel Requirement 10•15%, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
