Purchasing Administrator We are currently searching for a motivated, knowledgeable, personable, and energetic individual to join our Purchasing Team as a Purchasing Administrator. This individual will be joining a team that is excited about advancing innovative technology of the future and playing a key role in groundbreaking thin film research advancements. This individual will fill various day to day roles, which include: Update shortage report Answer and direct incoming calls Order office supplies Research part history and document demand Cross-reference incoming orders with due dates and document vendor performance Assist Purchasing team with normal day-to-day tasks Minimum requirements: Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite Detail oriented Highly organized The Purchasing Administrator position is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. The position is on-site at AJA’s Hingham, MA headquarters, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
