Purchasing Admin Aleron United States, Missouri, Grain Valley Jun 18, 2025 Description Acara Solutions is currently seeking a qualified candidate in the Grain Valley, MO area to provide temporary support to our client’s Purchasing Administration team for an estimated duration of 18 months. Month Assignment Location:

Grain Valley, MO

Pay Rate:

$20-$23/hr

Office Schedule:

Remote Mon/Fri, in office Tues-Thurs, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks related to procurement processes
Manage order processing and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
Conduct basic data entry and utilize ERP systems for procurement activities

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of related experience
Basic Excel skills
Preferred Skills /

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a procurement or administrative support role
Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP is a strong advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and time management abilities
