Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 3 – 6 onboarding team members. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Resource Managers, Managing Consultants, Account Managers, Engineering Managers, Partner Management, and end clients to onboard candidates into various departments and accounts. Guide candidates through the full spectrum onboarding process including the client specific NDA’s, background release forms, contractor agreement forms, background checks and drug screens Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and open communication Identify and address training and development needs within the team. Manage team workload and delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of projects. Resolve conflicts within the team and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity. Collaborate with recruiters and Resource Managers to review candidate information, finalize work order agreements, and resolve business issues. Document and update WWT and client onboarding processes, procedures, and best practices including reviewing MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, and Addendums on SharePoint. Work with the legal team to ensure compliance with state laws and flagged backgrounds. Manage internal communication and create/update records in appropriate applicant tracking system. Update various vendor management systems, including uploading candidate documents and background/drug screen results. Collaborate with various stakeholders to update requirements, processes, and changes. Travel between Maryland Heights, Mo., St. Louis, Mo. and Edwardsville, Il. as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Human Resources experience Experience in management and leadership of a team Bachelor’s degree preferred. Solid understanding of general human resources benefits, policies, and procedures. Experience in HRIS system, preferably ADP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Adobe Acrobat, database management systems, and experience with online applicant tracking systems is a plus. Working knowledge of various vendor management and background verification systems (One2One Verify, Fieldglass, HireRight, First Advantage, etc.) is a plus. A Self-motivated, critical thinker, problem solver, follow-through, drive for results, and a commitment to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and customer focus. Ability to calmly manage complex customer service situations. Ability to think independently and execute sound judgment in making decisions. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, detailed-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. Ability to provide coaching and guidance to foster effective relationships. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written required. Want to learn more about WWT?
