What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily production schedules and keep a close eye on outgoing supply parts. Manage customer schedule change requests and confirmations. Maintain inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries. Communicate with customers on delivery dates and keep everything running smoothly. Lead purchasing and customer service efforts within the department.

Other Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory and address deficiencies. Manage MRO requirements and collaborate with suppliers. Support shipping and receiving teams on supply issues. Expedite manufacturing and purchasing to align with the master schedule.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:

At least 5 years in production control within a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication; expert-level Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables); proficiency in MS Office.

Education:

A BS degree is preferred but not required.
