Job OverviewThe Procurement Supervisor performs pre-award and post-award contract/procurement functions and is responsible for the management of contract/subcontract related purchases, vendor service agreements and vendor relations. Ensures compliance with applicable Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Corporate Acquisition Policy and Procedures Manual (APPM) and documents any additional site-specific process or procedure to further ensure compliance. Supervises staff responsible for purchasing/procurement tasks.

Performs and manages all aspects of procurement processes, including but not limited to, acquiring supplies, services, tools, equipment, subcontractors and materials as required, to support contract.
Supervises and provides guidance or training to procurement staff members.
Maintains and updates filing systems for all contract related documentation.
Reviews, develops, issues and revises subcontractor contracts and contract proposals in a timely manner.
Responsible for submitting all solicitation and pre-award documentation to a member of the Procurement Team for review and approval, on all subcontract actions that exceed Procurement Supervisor’s authorized delegation of authority.
Performs pre-award duties.
Reviews requests for subcontract plans and specifications.
Other duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsMandatory:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience directly supervising procurement functions and staff members.
U.S. Citizen.
Possesses and maintains a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and set priorities; ability to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Competency executing procurement functions such as purchasing commodities, executing subcontracts and securing vendor services.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
Initiative and problem-solving skills.
