International Procurement Specialist / International Procurement Manager R-Squared Puckett, Inc. 6422 Hwy 18, Brandon, MS 39042 Duties Develop and manage overseas suppliers (Mexico, US, and other target regions), including sourcing, screening, evaluation, and onboarding to build a qualified supplier base. Including sample tracking, coordination of internal production verification and verification conclusions feedback. Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery terms and payment conditions to reduce costs and optimize procurement channels. Coordinate with domestic, Mexico, R-Squared procurement, planning and logistics teas to ensure supply chain stability and compliance. Analyze overseas market trends, raw material prices, competitors supply information to support strategic decision making. Identify and mitigate risks (e.g., geopolitical, tariff, currency, logistics) in the supply chain. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields. 3+ years in international procurement, with knowledge of Mexico / US markets; manufacturing experience is a plus. Negotiation and communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficient in INFOR systems and data analysis tools. (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
