The Manager Procurement will support the Director Procurement in executing strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor engagement initiatives that align with Bell Partners Inc.’s goals for cost optimization, risk mitigation, ESG compliance, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in expanding spend under management, enhancing procurement analytics, and driving value through supplier partnerships. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Lead and execute sourcing events based on contract lifecycle, category strategy, or operational demand. Develop and present data-driven recommendations, project updates, and compliance reports to stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships through structured business reviews, KPI tracking, and issue resolution. Oversee procurement categories including MRO, flooring, turn services, appliances, broadband, access control, and smart home technologies. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the e-Procurement platform, spend analysis platform and support digital procurement transformation. Collaborate with Construction Services as needed for capital and renovation procurement. Actively engage in contract negotiations and renewals, leveraging data-driven insights and collaborative strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for the organization. Lead procurement onboarding/offboarding for property acquisitions and dispositions. Contribute to the implementation of the Responsible Contractor Policy and vendor diversity initiatives. Maintain strong cross-functional communication with Legal, Risk, Operations, and Accounting. Participate in procurement process improvement initiatives, including RFP cycle time reduction and spend visibility enhancements. Other duties as assigned. Familiarity with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI, and DocuSign preferred. Experience with P2P systems, E-Procurement platforms, and Spend Analytics tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs. Experience in multifamily housing or real estate operations is a plus. Understanding of ESG principles and supplier diversity programs is beneficial. Education and Experience BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in a corporate or property operations environment. Working knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and procurement analytics.
