Operate effectively within a decentralized procurement framework, guiding regional efforts while ensuring cohesion across the national portfolio. Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, delivering value through procurement while navigating competing priorities and organizational complexity. Shape and execute procurement strategies related to facilities spend, balancing operational excellence with innovation and commercial value. Champion a high-performance culture, coaching procurement managers and fostering collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Who You Are:

A seasoned procurement executive with proven success managing multi-site or decentralized teams in large, complex environments. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a track record of influencing executive leadership and aligning procurement initiatives with broader business goals. Background in consulting, outsourced services, or BPO environments is highly beneficial, particularly where solution design and service delivery intersect. Experience in Facilities Management procurement is strongly preferred. Adept at navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic oversight with operational detail. Why Join?
