Target Wages:
Competitive Wages with growth opportunities Position Responsibilities of the Purchasing Admin Support and guide the estimating personnel, project managers, and construction managers on purchasing procedures Ensure that all administration procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner Perform data entry for all aspects of material acquisition and inventory including: Entry of inventory receipts and transfers Verification and analysis of PO’s vs. invoices Support of purchasing agents in various other aspects Ensure adherence to established procedures and requirements Work in a schedule-driven environment and maintain time management Experience and Qualification Requirements of the Purchasing Admin High school diploma or GED Ability to read and comprehend written (English) material Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Strong data entry and attention to detail skills 1+ years construction purchasing required Electrical and/or HVAC industry a plus Physical Requirements of the Purchasing Admin Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use finders and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus More than 40 hours per week may be necessary as workloads dictate. Weekdays and/or weekends may be included Perform in an office environment, but may require light travel to client’s offices, production facility, or construction job site Our Hiring Process You find our ad.
