Responsibilities Manage the importation process from start to finish Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods Oversee the handling of materials and packages in the distribution center Assist in collecting accurate import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading to evaluate business impact Maintain an organized database of tariff classifications and past shipment records. Communicate with international suppliers to check tariffs and derivatives. Align with Project Managers communication to customers in terms of impacts Qualifications Experience in 3PL operations and import management Proficiency in sourcing products from international suppliers 5-7 years of experience in importation, logistics, or trade compliance Basic knowledge of international trade and customs regulations. Familiarity with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and trade compliance databases. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
