JOB SUMMARY KIOTI

Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a skilled Purchasing Demand Manager to join our Supply Chain Management team. This person will be an energetic, passionate, and driven individual responsible for establishing and growing the supply chain management at KIOTI Tractor. This position will work with Executives, Sales, Parts business, Marketing, and Product Support teams to establish KIOTI’s supply chain strategies to drive the sales growth and achievement of company objectives for profitable growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet market demand efficiently and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
Forecast Development:

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and economic indicators to develop accurate demand forecasts for KIOTI products, and manage direct buy & sell purchasing strategy in USA and/or coordinate purchasing with HQ global purchasing team

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts, minimizing excess stock and preventing shortages and collaborate to execute orders to suppliers, and HQ factories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather relevant information and ensure consensus on demand forecasts.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory status, and demand trends to support decision-making processes weekly, monthly and annually as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management (preferred, not required), Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related role within the manufacturing or agricultural equipment industry. Experience with

SAP HANA

for data modeling and real-time analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy. Proficiency in CRM systems to incorporate customer insights into demand planning. Knowledge of WMS to understand inventory flow and its impact on demand forecasting. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders effectively. Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Familiarity with the agricultural equipment industry and an understanding of its market dynamics. Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) are a plus.
