Overview
The Senior Supervisor, Procurement will monitor performance against department KPI’s and delivery results. This role is critical to managing, leading, scheduling, and monitoring the work of purchasing team members.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and expand supplier activities to strengthen relationships, create sourcing solutions, and foster longer term agreements
Supervision of personnel, which includes hiring, work allocation, training, development and problem resolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions
Motivate, coach and mentor employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
Responsible for identifying potential new sources of supply, executing, and manage onboarding activities
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to new strategies to maximize efficiencies in procurement
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management. Minimum four (4) years of experience in field.
High School Diploma or GED

INFORMATION

This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Pay Range:

$85,433 – $106,791 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
