We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing function and drive international vendor relationships, forecasting, and inventory excellence. Salary:

Up to $120,000 (commensurate with experience) plus benefits •Overseas travel required for this role•

What You’ll Do:

Lead international procurement operations, sourcing from global vendors and maintaining strong supplier relationships Oversee purchasing team performance, ensuring training, goal-setting, and consistent process improvement Analyze usage history and forecast inventory needs using Excel and ERP tools Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams to maintain high product standards Travel internationally (approximately 50%) for vendor visits, sourcing trips, and quality oversight Resolve quality and delivery issues with vendors quickly and proactively Manage procurement budgets, review forecasts monthly, and ensure financial targets are met

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing management role (distribution environment preferred) International procurement experience is a must CPSM certification preferred Strong Excel, analytical, and forecasting skills Proven leadership and performance management experience Excellent written and verbal communication Experience with ERP systems such as P21/Absolute Value a plus
