Procurement Manager / Director | BESS & Grid Infrastructure A fast-scaling infrastructure developer is building up its distributed energy storage portfolio

• and they’re looking for a sharp, technically fluent procurement lead to drive strategic sourcing across key equipment and service categories.

The Opportunity Join the execution arm of a developer/operator at the forefront of distributed grid infrastructure. You’ll lead strategic sourcing for high-spec equipment while coordinating logistics to keep critical-path timelines tight. This isn’t paper-pushing procurement

• it’s a role for someone who understands supply chain nuance, contract leverage, and the downstream impact on project delivery. The Role Source and negotiate with OEMs across batteries, inverters, transformers, and switchgear Own RFQ processes, supplier due diligence (including non-selected vendors), and contract management Coordinate deliveries and allocations across active projects
• working closely with project managers Structure commercial terms around warranties, guarantees, payment milestones, cancellation, and cash flow Maintain supplier intelligence, manage performance, and steer long-term relationship strategy Contribute to procurement strategy and innovation
• but within a broader, defined framework What You Bring 5+ years in energy or grid infrastructure procurement
• ideally at medium voltage Deep familiarity with Tier 1 OEMs and contract negotiation across technical capex Experience managing logistics and interfacing with project delivery teams High commercial
