Process Design & Operational EnablementAssis in Designing and Implementing a Procurement M&A function. Successful candidate will lead this function once deployedDesign, implement, and iterate procurement processes across intake, sourcing lifecycle, supplier onboarding, and complianceDrive operational excellence through documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and stakeholder trainingProcurement Pipeline ManagementLead day-to-day management of our project intake and tracking systemBuild reporting and visibility tools (e.g., dashboards) to monitor procurement initiative status, stage gates, and projected impactSpend Analysis & Savings VisibilityPartner with Procurement leadership and FP&A to track and validate cost baselines, savings realization, and procurement-driven valueBuild and manage reporting capabilities that improve visibility into spend, supplier usage, and procurement performanceSpecial Projects & Strategic ProgramsServe as project lead for Procurement-led programs such as M&A integration support, ESG and sustainability initiatives, or supplier diversity developmentDevelop and manage special initiatives from pilot through scale, collaborating with cross-functional partnersQualifications8+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Operations (Procurement Operations or PMO experience a plus)Procurement M&A experienceWorkday Expense Module experienceStrong experience with process design, workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, Workday, MS Forms), and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based dashboards)Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work with ambiguity in a high-growth envir
