We are currently looking to fill a Senior Manager GlobalProcurement Direct position within our team. In this role you willprovide strategic leadership and direction with a focus on being asingle point of contact for Global Procurement at the internal DrugProduct Manufacturing facility in Tempel Lane. The role contributesand collaborates with every function within the Manufacturingfacility as well as contributes and collaborates with the differentCategory owners from the Global Procurement Perspective. This rolewill be critical to driving implementation, resolution and guidanceacross the IOPS Drug Product Manufacturing categories includingalignment with stakeholder goals, driving towards competitiveadvantages (strategic and financial), optimizing supplierrelationships, including small and diverse suppliers. This roleworks in close collaboration with IOPS Stakeholders to enable DrugProduct manufacturing objectives. In this role, a typical day mayinclude the following: Accountable for supporting the definitionand implementation of the Drug Product manufacturing categorystrategy to serve business needs as assigned. Work with numerousservice and goods providers that support a variety of Drug ProductMFG services and goods. Interact with stakeholders across the IOPSorganization to lead discussions related to the Drug Product MFGcategories and aligns category priorities with Procurement categoryleads, management and stakeholders. Handle negotiations and complexcontracts/contracting, supplier management activities, andstakeholder engagement activities. Take direction to drive value interms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiencysavings from category management activities. Manage and collaboratein category activities to ensure compliance with appropriate GxPsand other applicable regulations, as applicable. Negotiate contractterms and conditions in consultation with Law department alignedwith Regenerons priorities and business requirements. This role maybe a fit for you if: You have experience successfully establishingand driving Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs andgovernance models. You have experience in the MaB, Large Moleculemanufacturing environment. Have negotiation and contract managementskills. You have experience successfully managing category stagegate processes, including strategy development and execution. Canuse external data sources, market information, and supplierengagement to constantly improve Regenerons knowledge of supplymarket dynamics. Demonstrated success supporting global supplymarket evaluation processes using all available marketintelligence, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools. Cansuccessfully build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers todrive results for Regeneron. Have previous success workingeffectively with cross-functional teams in research andpre-clinical service categories or related categories througheffective sourcing, negotiations and contracting. Have experiencesuccessfully managing category processes, and suppliers across abreadth of categories Have in-depth knowledge of the Drug Productmanufacturing process. To be considered for this role you must holda Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study plus progressiveexperience in procurement, preferably including substantialexperience in Pharma/BioPharma.
