Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will:

• Develop bid proposals with accurate costings and contribute to business planning.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical sales support to new and existing clients.
• Promote company services and drive sales growth across various market sectors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate monthly sales reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and support overall team performance.
• Take initiative to drive continuous improvement with strong attention to detail.
• Stay updated on industry trends and communicate key developments to senior management. Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience with AutoCAD and PVsyst Software
• Demonstrated ability in managing end to end bid preparation.
• Confident in handling technical sales enquiries and bespoke quotations. Personal skills The Bid Manager would suit someone who has:
• Excellent organisation and capability of managing multiple projects.
• Fantastic communication, across verbal and written platforms
• Able to work effectively and to tight deadlines
