Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic clientrelationships focused on Finance, Accounting, and Procurement (FAP)services across diverse industries
• Acting as the primary liaisonfor senior stakeholders such as CFOs, Controllers, and ProcurementOfficers
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery performance to ensurecontractual obligations, SLAs, and quality standards are met
• Collaborating with internal operations, technology, and complianceteams to align services to client objectives
• Conducting executivebusiness reviews and presenting key insights, performance metrics,and future-state roadmaps
• Identifying and pursuing growthopportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and serviceexpansion strategies
• Managing pricing discussions, contractrenewals, and change requests in partnership with internalstakeholders
• Resolving client issues and overseeing mitigationstrategies for escalations and service disruptions
• Monitoringindustry trends and compliance requirements to inform clientstrategy and solution design
• Contributing to internal bestpractices and account management improvements across the FAPportfolio Requirements
• Bring 10 years of experience managingenterprise client relationships, with a focus on finance,accounting, or procurement services
• Build and maintainexecutive-level relationships with client stakeholders, fosteringtrust and long-term partnerships
• Demonstrate deep knowledge offinancial operations, procurement workflows, and compliancestandards
• Lead cross-functional teams and align delivery,product, and operational resources to client goals
• Communicatecomplex issues and value propositions clearly to senior internaland external audiences
• Manage large, multi-service accounts withattention to detail, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
• Negotiatecontracts, pricing, and service changes with confidence and inalignment with business goals
• Leverage insights and data todevelop strategic plans and performance reporting for clientprograms
• Navigate enterprise systems (e.g., ERPs, procurementplatforms) and contribute to technology-enabled service delivery
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or arelated field (MBA or CPA preferred)
