Description We are in search of a Construction Procurement Supervisor to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This role is crucial in the Non-Profit sector, where you will be directly involved with capital programs, mainly focusing on furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in public procurement and construction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate procurement activities for construction projects
- Work closely with capital programs, focusing mainly on furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement
- Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to maintain and analyze procurement data
- Monitor ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient operations
- Use CRM and Data Mining Techniques for customer service and procurement optimization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government procurement regulations and guidelines
- Manage buying processes and budgeting processes for procurement activities
- Maintain high customer service standards, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements
- Proven experience in the non-profit sector
- Familiarity with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions
- Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques for effective decision-making
- Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for integrated management of core business processes
- Understanding of budget processes in a non-profit setting
- Experience in buying processes and vendor management
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the non-profit sector
- Strong customer service skills to ensure satisfaction of stakeholders
