– Supply Chain Leadership Pay Rate Type Salary Pay Grade Health-35 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Work Shift Job Description Reporting to the Administrator of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), the role is suitable for an experienced Procurement Manager/Director or P2P leader who is a hands-on self-starter, who enjoys managing change across a complex and fast-moving organization. S/he will collaborate in the design and own the delivery of the system landscape to support a corporate model P2P model for MUHA. Additionally, you will support the measurement of SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) as well as reporting on the end-to-end processes. This role will require collaboration with other functions area including Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, Financial Reporting, Treasury, among others, this position will develop best-in-class operations. This includes identifying and executing strategies across business processes, maintaining strong internal controls, providing timely accurate information, and reporting to team members. 7+ years of Procurement and/or Sourcing experience, with 5+ years minimum of Procurement management experience Bachelor’s degree required Demonstrated success in facilitating cross-functional teams, preferable in a healthcare environment Align and consult on optimized global process design, its adoption, and effective execution with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain Well versed with business, data, and technical language to connect processes, tools & data Experience in process and policy mapping, development, and improvement Exceptional ability and demonstrable experience in working on own initiative. Excellent communication, leadership, and proven management capabilities including the ability to successfully own, design and facilitate workshops. Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding to translate business requirements into operations or specifications with the best value and customer service in mind. Demonstrated experience in leading and/or managing multiple priorities and projects in parallel. Strong experience in upwards communication and senior stakeholder management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in implementing business change including designing processes, systems controls, and governance Experience in training, coaching, and change management, leading teams to the adoption of new processes. Proficiency in MS Office software (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), ERP software, and query tools is required GHX, Power BI (or similar platform), and Workday preferred
